Shipping & Returns
Address type: Oversized items, like all of our bumpers, guards and other type of items too large to ship on traditional shipping methods like the Post Office, UPS Ground, Fedex, home delivery etc. They will need to be shipped and delivered by LTL freight. This means is the item will be delivered on an 18-wheel semi truck. This method of shipment usually requires a commercial delivery address (defined as no residence/home on the property) and usually means the address cannot be located within a heavily residential district, like a neighborhood. Under some circumstances a residential delivery maybe possible although it will result in higher freight costs.
Terminal Pickup: For customers lacking a true commercial address, we provide the option of shipping to your nearest freight terminal. Which our staff is happy to help locate for you. This method involves your item being shipped to your nearest terminal and held there for pickup by you instead of being sent out for final delivery. There is no fee currently for terminal pickup at any of our in-network freight companies. It is usually a very simple process and only requires your tracking number and a pre-pickup phone call to the terminal provided within your tracking information.
Additional Information Regarding Customer Negligence, Freight and Fees:
it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with accurate address and contact information. Often times a freight company will need to reach the customer before final delivery, whether to schedule a delivery appointment, or to confirm someone is present to sign for the item.
If after shipment there is discovered to be an issue with the final delivery address, or contact information resulting in the inability of the freight company to reach the customer, we will be asked to step in and reach the customer. If still no contact or alternative arrangements can be made resulting in a failed delivery attempt, or the delivery is unable to be rescheduled or fulfilled. After which there are several attempts at contact. the item will be held at the local terminal for a period of time, after which the item may have to be returned to sender (us) In this case, if it is determined to be due to negligence of the customer, said customer will be responsible for the freight costs incurred by the transaction including two way freight and a restocking fee to cover any additional expenses occurred during the transaction due to customer negligence.
Please provide at least two forms of valid contact information, monitor and track your shipment, and of course let us know promptly of any issues or concerns to avoid this situation.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All items returned must be shipped safely in their original packaging. If you have received the wrong item or anticipate needing to make a return, we encourage you to keep the item in it's packaging, or keep the package readily available. If the package has been destroyed, contact us for an alternative prior to shipping the return. All refunds pend our inspection of the returned item with any damage deemed the fault of the customer being deducted from the refund pending our inspection.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect the item and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to most address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products and locations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Items small enough will be shipped using Fedex/UPS Ground and can be delivered to a residential address, but some of our larger items require the use of LTL Freight. These freight companies usually require a commercial business address for delivery. If you do not have a business address, we can ship it to your mechanics garage, a friend's business or as a final resort, we can have the freight company hold the item at your nearest terminal for pickup at no extra charge. - We are flexible and eager to work with you on freight options.
Cancellation Policy
We understand you may need to cancel your order for one reason or another. If the reason is our fault, such as not being able to fulfill your order within the originally stated timeline, we can cancel your order prior to shipment at no charge. If the reason is not because of any fault of ours and simply a matter of customer preference, there will be a 3-5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund to cover our costs associated with the order. We appreciate your understanding, and encourage your due diligence prior to placing an order with our company.
